Nescel® Cushioning is a polyethylene-based cushioning material with an open cellular structure enabling it to safetly conform to and provide superior cushioning protection for fragile items. The base resin in Nescel® Cushioning material is FDA approved for use with confectionary and other edibles. Nescel® can be custom enhanced with colors and fragrances. It can also be custom printed to include logos or decorative patterns.

Nescel® Cushioning is a high performance alternative to bubble wrap. The cellular “memory” delivers long-lasting cushioning properties long after traditional bubble wrap will have expired due to the loss of trapped air which it is dependant upon. PRODUCT DETAILS

Nescel® Cushioning is made from virgin low and linear low density polyethylene (LDPE and LLDPE) resins that comply with the compositional and migrational requirements of the U.S. FDA regulations. Comprised of ajoining tapered cells that are hexagonal shaped on one side of the material and rounded and punctured on the other side. The resin is clean, non-corrosive, inert and oderless.

Based on imformation provided by our suppliers and strict adherence to our manufacturing procedures, we can state that Nescel® Cushioning material does not contain Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyl (PBB) or Polybrominated Diphenyl (PBDE) materials that are banned per RoHS (EU) directive and CONEG (USA) regulations.
