Photonics

Our Crystalair® Compression line of packaging is superior in several ways for delecate and fragile precision optics. The transparent, cost effective packs protect sensitive products by gently immobilizing them between two soft elastic films that have no additives, no outgassing, and no molecular transference. Crystalair® packs can be cleaned to class-100 or be EtO/gamma bombarded. The clear container allows for visual or bar-code inspection without exposing your products. Slingspring® Packs incorporate durrable corrugated fiberboard and tear resistant elastic film fasted with commercial box staples. The result is a package that can ship heavy and fragile parts with great reliablity and consistancy. Because muliple styles and versions can fit in the same pack you can reduce the number of sku’s of packaging required by molded foam and other types of packaging.
